This writing presents the outcomes of the Field Practice (PKL) conducted at community healthcare centers (Posyandu) under the authority of Abeli Public Health Center. The objective of this PKL is to enhance the quality of child growth monitoring at Posyandu. Methods employed include planning, field visits, monitoring, evaluation, and capacity-building for Posyandu volunteers. Key outcomes include the introduction of SKDN blocks to Posyandu volunteers, simulation in child growth monitoring, and the creation of a Follow-Up Plan for future Posyandu activities.
